Hello AAhme64,

Thank you for posting on the Intel® communities.

In order for you to successfully update the Intel Unite® app, you need to take into account that, since Unite 4.x was released a new admin web portal structure was added which replaces the old "Profiles" setting to enable functionalities of hubs and clients.

In this new version Features from the software are contained in Manifests (.cab files) which are also included in the download package from our download center.

Important Note: As long as you utilize the .msi files included in the download package to update everything on your end including Server, HUB, clients, and the .cab files to update all the manifests in the admin web portal you shouldn't have any issues with the update; nonetheless, if any error presents itself feel free to send us a screenshot of it.

You can refer to the Intel Unite Deployment Guide.

Note: You can use the option under the reply window to attach files to the thread (Drag and drop here or browse files to attach).

I look forward to hearing from you.
