Hello YPate11,

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

Please check the following information to troubleshoot this issue:

1. Requirements: .NET 4.6.1 or greater

2. What type of authentication are you running on the database? (e.g. Mixed mode authentication or Windows Authentication mode)

3. Are you following the steps to create the database for Intel Unite® found on the Intel Unite® Deployment Guide?

Hello YPate11,

Based on the information you have provided, this issue is most likely an IIS configuration issue:

Please check that you have installed the URL Rewrite and the SHA2 certificate. Also, make sure Windows* Server is up to date.

Hello YPate11,

Thank you for the update.

You may receive this error message if:

  • The Hub and Client package files have not uploaded to the Admin Portal
  • Hub/Client configuration has not been created nor assigned.

Please review the section 4.6 Configure the Enterprise Server for Intel Unite® Solution for configuration details.
