Hello, in our environment we are using Intel Unite HUB PCs from Dell. Optiplex 7050 model with vPro. We are using enterprise version. Server, HUBs and clients 3.3.150.19 have the newest version installed.
Our problem is with Microsoft Powerpoint. When in "Presentscreen" mode, if user open Powerpoint presentation and select F5 for Fullscreen mode, the presentation freeze. Users are unable to switch to a different slides.
BUT...if user tries to move hidden mouse on blue bar "Stop presenting", the presentation starts working.
This is very big issue, because powerpoint is the most used application everywhere.
We have tried Office 2010, 2016, Powerpoint viewer....still the same issue.
Please help!!! This is big issue for our corporate users...everything except this is working fabulous.
Thanks a lot.

Hello jirid,
We attempted to replicate the issue your Intel Unite® setup is having when using "Present screen" mode in Microsoft* PowerPoint. However, we did not run into this issue. Please find below additional information about it:
Hardware
Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i5DNKE - Hub
Intel® NUC Kit NUC7i3DNKE - Server
HP laptop - Client
Software
Microsoft PowerPoint 2010
Microsoft PowerPoint 2013
Microsoft PowerPoint 2016
It is worth mentioning that drivers and operating system are up to date. Our recommendation is that you check if your systems are updated, too.
In addition, we would like to get more information about your environment (clients, operating system).

Hello jirid,
We would like to have more information to continue troubleshooting this issue.
Please run the Intel® System Support Utility and attach the report to this thread.
1.Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application to your system.
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows-?product=91600
2.Open the application and click Scan to see system and device information. The Intel® System Support Utility defaults to the Summary View on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says summary to change to Detailed View.
3.To save your scan, click Next and click Save. You can save the file to any accessible location on your computer.
To attach a file, you must click "Use Advanced Editor" on the upper right hand corner of the response box, then the "attach" option will appear on the bottom right hand corner of the response box.

Hello,
sorry for late answer...BUT...the issue was solved by ourself.
The problem is in your compatibility between Intel products. If customer has notebook with Intel HD Graphics 520 and power setting set to "Panel Self-Refresh" ENABLED in Intel HD Graphic control panel and is using Intel Unite presentation with MS powerpoint in fullscreen ---> the presentation FREEZE!
We have tried every driver available for this graphic card model (Iris 520) with no luck btw...
After disabling this stupid functionality in control panel, everything is working perfectly.
Intel HD graphic card default settings + Intel Unite = NO TESTING ON YOUR SITE INTEL!!! Very dissapointed These are your products...
