Problem with Intel Unite HUB fuzzy screen. What could it be?

Hello

I have a problem with fuzzy screen in Intel Unite HUB. I checked and installed new drivers on HUB and client. Debug mode nothing says. Some idea? I think something common with MS security May patches. Maybe?

Thank you for posting in the Intel Community.

 

In order to look into the behavior that you are having please provide me with the following:

 

·        What is the model of the HUB?

·        What version of Intel Unite® dor you have installed on your environment?

 

·        Please attach to this thread the TXT file the Intel® System Support Utility will generate: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility

·        Steps to save the report:

1-   Run the utility.

2-   Click on “Scan” to get the scanned system.

3-   Once the scan is complete click on “next”.

4-   Use the “save” option, save the report to your desktop.

5-   To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom left-hand corner of the response box.

Hello Leonardo,

 

HUB model is HP Elite Desk 800 G3 Desktop Mini

I use Intel Unite 3.2.82.42 on server, hub nad clients. I tried upgrade HUB and client to 3.3 version. Now, We can't upgrade server to new version.

What error are you having when completing the Intel Unite® update on the Server? Could you try the update and provide me with the error picture.
