Problemas para acessar rede Guest a partir de um celular Android / Iphone

Olá, bom dia

Vi no manual que não há como utilizar a projeção unite via aplicativos celulares usando a rede Guest.

Na minha empresa essa funcionalidade é muito util uma vez que todos usam celulares corporativos, porém fora da rede corporativa.

Gostaria de saber como podemos viabilizar este suporte para uso do recurso na rede guest.

Temos hoje 50 equipamenos HUBs e caminhamos para 100 HUBs.

Tenho também um outro ambiente de testes configurado com todas as ultimas versões atualizadas dos softwares para Server, HUBs e clientes, porém o problema persiste.

This might be possible if the cell phone and the guest access are on the same network. Are they on the same network? If not, can you test it?

Não estão na mesma rede. Como comentei, na verdade o que precisamos é acessá-los através da rede guest usando o app para android iOS.

In this case, the only way to use the Intel Unite® projection with a cell phone using the Guest Network is by having the gest access and the phone in the same network.
