I understand that smudges are showing on still images. I would like to help you.
In order to address this issue properly, I would like to gather system information since hardware and system configuration may vary.
-Are you using Intel Unite® Standalone or Enterprise? Which version?
-What are the models of your clients and hubs?
-When does this issue happen? Please describe
-Does this issue happen when you launch Intel Unite® app only?
We are using Enterprise.
The enterprise server is running v.126.96.36.199
The hub is running v188.8.131.52
The client is running v.184.108.40.206
The hub is a Dell 7050 w/8gb I5 Windows 10 1709 v16299.492.
The display on the hub is an Intel 630 HD Graphic driver v220.127.116.1173
The client computer is a HP 280 G1 ST Business PC running Windows 10 1709 v16299.492
This issue happens when scrolling through spreadsheets or applications. The display will smudge the letters and numbers. It will clear once you stop scrolling but it takes a couple of seconds.
First, it is recommended to have the latest graphics driver installed in both client and hub. If you have the latest graphics driver provided by your computer manufacturer, try installing the latest Intel generic version for your graphics controller.
i wasn't able to install the generic driver from Intel. Error received indicated the driver wasn't supported on hardware platform. I had to use the Dell driver and update to latest. Still having the problem. I've attached a picture that shows what we are seeing. It happens when we scroll.

I am trying to gather as much information about this issue as I can. Does it happen if you install the latest Intel Unite® version 18.104.22.168 in the server, too?
I'll update the server tomorrow and let you know.
Also, We noticed that if we just present the application and not the whole screen we don't see the problem.
It's only when we present the whole screen.
Were you able to install the latest Intel Unite® version 22.214.171.124 in the server?
