Hello, GorillaLogic. Thank you very much for sharing your issue with the Intel Communities Team. I will be more than glad to assist you.

For me to assist you better, can you please confirm if you are using Intel Unite® Small Business or Enterprise and the version of it? Then, please share with us the Windows* version and build. Additionally, please let us know which is the SKU number of the HP Client. Furthermore, if you do not mind, share the model and SKU number of the Intel Unite® Hub.

I would like to confirm, where you able to connect to the Hub with this unit before?

Thank you for your response, GorillaLogic.

Let me share with you that the only HP* system that can be used as an Intel Unite® HUB is the HP Elite Slice*. You can double check this information in the following link: https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/unite/intel-unite-overview.html https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/architecture-and-technology/unite/intel-unite-overview.html

Thank you very much, Antony,

This means the only way to do a Lab with this collaboration software is buying only specific hardware.

I read in the user manual I only need a processor with vPro technology.

Could tell me please is there other any specific hardware restriction?

Thank you for your great support!

Thank you for your reply, GorillaLogic.

For the Clients, there are no specific hardware restrictions nonetheless, the only units that can be a HUB are the ones listed on the link provided.
