I have the latest version of Intel Unite Enterprise running (3.1). I'm trying to assign a reserved pin to a hub, but when I view the Reserved Pin page, the "Not Reserved List" has no content below it. Based on images in the documentation, I thought I'd see my two hubs below. This happens in both IE and Edge. I was running an older version of the Enterprise server before - did something go wrong with the DB upgrade?
An image is attached showing what I see.
Thanks!

Hello mzocher,
Thank you for contacting the Intel community.
Is it possible for you to uninstall it and then reinstall the latest version again?
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25280/Intel-Unite-App Intel Unite® App Version: 3.1.45.26
I have seen issue that has been fixed by uninstalling the old version first and then install the latest version, try uninstalling and then reinstall it and hopefully that will make it better.
Please let me know how it goes.
Best regards,
Ivan U.

Sorry Ivan, uninstalling and reinstalling the application didn't do the trick. What can I do next to troubleshoot this problem?

See page 51.
Please let me know how it goes.

Ivan, that's the exact page of the documentation I was referring to. Here's what I see - nothing exists in the "Not Reserved List", not even the interface buttons:

Ok, I removed the Enterprise software *again* - this time, I also deleted the database. After everything was reinstalled with a brand new database, I started seeing the interface for reserving a pin.
The upgrade process on the Intel Unite Enterprise software really has some big faults - can someone please work on improving this with the next release?

Thank you for the information and yes I have seen something similar like this here:

Thank you for your feedback and hopefully a new version will be released soon but I can't confirm it.
Regards,
Ivan U.
