After Intel unite Hub is installed and got this error message when executing Intel unite.
would you help to advise on this if any steps is miss during setup and configuraiton.

Thank you for your response.
We would like to have more information about your hardware. Please generate a system report with the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach it to this thread.
- Intel® SSU Download link
- Open the application and click on "Scan" to see the system and device information. By default, Intel® SSU will take you to the "Summary View".
- Click on the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".
- To save your scan, click on "Next", then "Save".
Also, please include the SKU of the hardware (hub and client)
