I have downloaded the latest version of the Unite App onto a compatible Intel NUC. I can successfully connect using the Unite Client from another PC and screen share. I have now downloaded both Skype for Business (making sure that Skype for Business is installed and logged in beforehand) and Private Guest plugins.
I have enabled plugins in Unite settings but when I connect via the client neither the apps are appearing. Any idea why>

Hi
I can confirm that we are using exchange 2010, office 2016 for business (office 365) and have installed the latest version of hub 3.1 app and plugins from downloads site. Hub is running in standalone mode.
Its not just Skype Plugin not working but also Private Guest access plugin.
Guest service is running on hub but no option appears in client to enable it. Likewise Skype for Business is running and logged on, on the hub. but no option on client to open skype. Hub app installed on clean install of windows 10 pro fully updated. Using Intel 515MYHE NUC.
I have followed the intel installation guides for plugins and hub but cant see where its going wrong.
many thanks
Paul

Hi Ivan,
Still no luck I'm afraid. I notice in the debug log that the plugins are failing a certificate check. Could it be anything to do with that?
Many Thanks

Thank you for the information and I'm sorry that the issue still persists, please allow me to further investigate on this and before doing so I want to ask what BIOS version you have installed.
If you don't have the latest version, could you please update your system to the latest BIOS version? You can download it here:
