Unite client can't connect to unite hub

I had used unite Hub and unite client with intel Unite cloud. I already pairing hub and register client with intel unite cloud.

Unite hub already working and show pin for connecting.

I put pin to client but it can't connect. It show error "unable to establish a connection".

After that it show error "The pin you entered could not be found, please try again."

 

what is the problem? How can I solve it?
