I am looking at the same thing. Finally found some at Dell (which makes sense for us because we're using Dell hardware): https://www.dell.com/support/article/us/en/19/sln312519/intel-unite-downloads?lang=en

We have that our Enterprise server has an internal download link for our client to install unite client. We need to upgrade our Enterprise Server Installation on a new server. Looking for a reply from an Intel employee with a private link. I have to take on this project at the hospital here our last engineer moved on.

Hello gdickins,
Thank you for joining this Intel Community.
Installing Intel Unite® 4.x means that it will be performed from scratch. There are architecture differences between Intel Unite® 3.X and 4.X. In fact, installing Intel Unite® 4.X is not an upgrade because databases and data backup cannot be used. Having said that, we will send you the information requested privately.
Please provide the information requested to assist you as soon as possible.
