Web browser connected to pin server got white screen

I had already install pin server. some PC or notebook didn't had problem.

but some pc or notebook found problem. The problem is : when web browser connected to my pin server. it got white screen.

What is the problem? How can I solve it?

Thank you for posting on this Intel Community.

 

Please provide us with this information:

 

-Intel Unite® version.

-Run the Intel® System Support Utility (Intel® SSU) and attach the report to this thread.

 

1. Download the Intel® System Support Utility and save the application in one the systems affected by this problem.

2. Open the application and click "Scan" to see system and device information. The Intel® SSU defaults to the "Summary View" on the output screen following the scan. Click the menu where it says "Summary" to change to "Detailed View".

3. To save your scan, click Next and click Save.

 

-Microsoft System Information report.

 

1. Hit the Windows+R hotkey to bring up the run dialog, and type msinfo32.

2. Choose File->Export

3. Browse to an appropriate location to save the file.

1. Are you presenting two screens?

Make sure your clients are up to date, including graphics drivers. Try updating the driver from Device Manager to check if there is a newer version.

 

If the issue persists, we recommend updating Intel Unite® app to a newer version. We will send you a download link to the email associated with your profile. Please use this newer version and let us know if the issue persists.

My problem didn't intel unite client. The problem is my web browser didn't open web page of pin server, Web browse show white screen when it connected to pin server web page.

It happen on some pc or notebook.
