What does this log mean when using the Guest Access Plugin?

I am able to connect with the client, but when I try to launch the guest access plugin it fails. I get this message in the log:

1/29/2019 3:43:55 PM Error - [GuestAccessModule.dll] EXCEPTION: GAM Error in load event in Plugin for Guest Access, we will try to initialize it again - No connection could be made because the target machine actively refused it at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.DoConnect(EndPoint endPointSnapshot, SocketAddress socketAddress) at System.Net.Sockets.Socket.Connect(EndPoint remoteEP) at System.Net.Sockets.TcpClient.Connect(IPEndPoint remoteEP) at GuestAccessLib.ServiceProxy.SendStopCommand() at GuestAccessModule.HubGuestAccessModule.SendStopCommand() at GuestAccessModule.HubGuestAccessModule.TryToInitialize()

Hello WPark4 Thank you for the information. To activate the debug file on the client when you open the app go to setting and check the option "enable the debug log as shown on the attached file; this will create a Unite.txt file on the My Documents folder (On Windows). In the Intel Unite® client and HUB By default they create a file called "Unite.sql", on the directory set by %temp% (On Windows). you can run the Windows+R key combination and type %temp% and select OK. Please attach all files (client debug, client unite.sql and HUB unite.sql) to the thread. Hope this helps. Regards, Leonardo C. Intel Customer Support Technician Under Contract to Intel Corporation
