pin without shows without Download client link

​I have HP slice G2 connected with Enterprise server 2016 and installed Intel_Unite_Server_v3. however the HP client Slice display pin number without the link to download client !

How can I put the client link on the pin page ? Also my admin portal don't show device management option ??!!
