"Intel unite is already running" message

Hi All,

 

One of our unite hubs has started showing this message recently even when the unite hub application is running in the background.

 

What can we do?

Hello CRai, Thank you for contacting our Intel® communities. I understand that you are facing screen issues with our issues with your Intel Unite® app. Can you please provide us an screenshot of the message? Is it only triggered when the application is actually running? Also can you please provide me with the .txt file that the System Support Utility will generate? To attach a file, you must click the “Attach” option on the bottom right-hand corner of the response box. Here is the download link: https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/25293/Intel-System-Support-Utility-for-Windows- Also please provide us with a report generated By Windows* through MSinfo32: Go to Start> Run > type "msinfo32.exe" Select File> Save. Browse to an appropriate location to save the file. Type a filename into the appropriate field and ensure the "Save as type" is set to "System Information File (*.NFO)" Click the "Save" button.
