Intel 2U R2312GL4GS & KVM

Good afternoon!

Could anybody please tell me, if http://ark.intel.com/products/56271/Intel-Server-System-R2312GL4GS Intel 2U R2312GL4GS has FULL inbuilt support for KVM. By full I mean not only power on/off and restart functions but also entering passwords on boot for encrypted partitions and full set of other features, like reinstalling OS, for example?

If not could you please tell me what I would also have to buy to make it work the way I need?

That SKU comes with the RMM4 preinstalled, which does have all those features. See
