Can someone please provide an official brochure or documentation that can confirm what the all-core turbo frequencies are of the new Xeon 6300P CPUs? For example, what is the all-core turbo (not the TurboBoost 2.0 or 3.0 frequency) that all cores can run at for the 6357P?

Hello nyc_guy,
Regarding your query, We would like to refer you to Support for Intel® Xeon® 6 wherein you will find Intel® Xeon® 6 6300-series Processor Preliminary Turbo Frequencies. Aside this, if you have Developer Access, then you can check for Content ID 721867 in Intel's Resource and Documentation Center.
Please let us know if the shared information was helpful.

Can you please confirm if this chart shows how frequencies scale as the number of active cores increases? I would expect the frequencies to be reduced as the number of active cores increases. The key value I am seeking is the all-core turbo frequency.

Hi nyc_guy,
Good day to you.
Please refer to the following article:
This document outlines how turbo frequencies scale relative to the number of active cores.
While it does not specify the all-core turbo frequency for the Intel Xeon 6357P, it does provide insight into the general scaling behavior of Turbo Boost, which dynamically adjusts core frequencies based on power, thermal conditions, and workload characteristics.
For reference, the Intel ARK page for the Xeon 6357P as well as Xeon 6 Product Brief is available here:
According to ARK, this processor has a base frequency of 3.0 GHz and a max turbo frequency of 5.4 GHz.
Please note that the maximum turbo frequency reflects performance under single-threaded or lightly-threaded workloads, and not the frequency when all cores are active.
Additionally, as mentioned previously, if you have Developer Access, further details may be found by searching for Content ID 721867 on Intel’s Resource and Documentation Center.
Hope this helps.
Regards,
Azhari_Intel

This was helpful - thank you. Is the recipe for configuring per core applicable to Windows Server 2019? How can that be applied on Windows?

Hello nyc_guy,
Thank you for your post. For your query, Since per-core turbo setting could be at firmware (BIOS/UEFI) and operating system level, for BIOS, we recommend you to check your system BIOS documentation or manufacturer vendor support. Aside this, How to implement same for Windows Server 2019, we request you to check with Microsoft Support as they are better equipped to confirm if per-core turbo tuning is at all possible for win server 2019 and how.
