My S5000VSA motherboard in a SC5299UP chassis has the warning light on the front panel showing red all the time. I do not knoow how to change this?

On my S5000VSA motherboard in a SC5299UP chassis shows the warning light on the front panel as red all the time. I do not see where to remedy this at all? I have the fan speed set for my altitude and for preformance. Every thing else is normal. All works ok.
