NAS Intel SS4200-e can't create users

Hi,

 

when I want to create a new user get the message: "Unable to add user".

 

 

Where to find the cause of such a message.

Hey Tom83,

sorry to ask this, but did you yet try to do a cold reset yet, just simply disconnect the power cord wait a couple of seconds and start it up again, then try to create the user once more.

cold reset does not help. I still can not create new users.

 

Anyone has any ideas?
