Problem installing Windows on MFSYS25V2.

Previously, Windows 2008 R2 was installed on the server. I deleted all the disks and created a new mirror array. When installing Windows 2016, the installer reports that the disk is offline and offers to put it online. After that, the installer installs Windows, but after rebooting the system does not start and the installation does not complete.
I booted from a liveCD. All partitions are there: recovery, EFI, MSR, root system. There are system files on the system partition. When reinstalling from the installation disk, the installer sees the partitions, but their status is offline. I assume that this is the problem, but I do not know how to solve it. I did not find anything about offline in the BIOS and SAS settings.
When installing Windows 2008R2 - the result is the same.
What are your suggestions?
