Hello,

Please tell me how to update frusdr on r1304jp4oc - i get the latest firmware pack for efi and still nothing - fans are so loud - and this application frusfr is not discovering my platform. Please help me with this.

Download the utility package from https://downloadcenter.intel.com/Detail_Desc.aspx?agr=Y&DwnldID=23883 Download Center and run the SEL viewer. If there is any misconfiguration of the server causing loud fans, it will tell you what the issue is.
