RAID Controller Driver Issue – Intel S2600WFT & Windows Server 2025 Datacenter

Hello Intel Support Team,

I'm currently trying to install Windows Server 2025 Datacenter on an Intel Server Board S2600WFT, but I am experiencing issues with the RAID controller driver compatibility.

I attempted to use the following Intel RAID driver package during installation:

Intel_ESRT2_1.62_Win_DRV_v18.03.2021.0929_pv

However, the driver is not accepted during installation, and the OS installation cannot proceed normally.

Could you please advise on the following:

Is the Intel S2600WFT officially supported on Windows Server 2025 Datacenter?

If supported, what is the correct RAID controller driver for this OS?

Is there a newer driver version specifically for Windows Server 2025?

If not supported, what is the recommended workaround or alternative solution?

System Information:
  - Server Model: Intel Server Board S2600WFT

  - Operating System: Windows Server 2025 Datacenter

  - RAID Controller: Intel onboard RAID (exact model unknown)

  - RAID Configuration: RAID-6

  - Installation Method: Clean OS installation via USB media (IODD)

Current Issue Description:
During Windows Server installation, the RAID disk is visible on the disk selection screen.
However, when selecting the disk and clicking "Next", the installation does not proceed.

Additionally, when attempting to manually load the RAID driver, the driver installation fails with an error message.

Windows Server 2025 is not supported on the S2600WFT. Please refer to the following article for Component Compatibility Information for Intel® Server Products.

The RAID driver you attempted to install supports only Windows Server 2022 family.

We recommend using Windows Server 2022, which is tested and supported on S2600WFT. Note that installing Windows Server 2025 may cause issues as it is untested on this platform.
