Will pro mac E5620 processors work in the S5500HCVR motherboard?

any one of these http://www.intel.com/support/motherboards/server/sb/CS-030213.htm Server Products — Tested processor list will work with that motherboard.

If you have upgraded to BIOS 48 or later, it should work fine
