S5520sc with chassis s5300base Fan running high speed

Iam having s5520sc which is assembled in s5300 chassis , the fan inside running high speed. heavy noice coming out. why intel server chassis fans are high speed running and make noise that distrub a lot while working. how to solve it please help me.

That's not a supported chassis, and you may encounter power/thermal issues.

Hello!

Make sure that all mandatory pin fan is connected and respective fans are works.

Two processor fans;

Two front fans (pin 1 and pin3);

One rear fan (pin 5).
