I would like to know if I can install a Xeon 1240v2 CPU on an Intel DQ67SW motherboard.

I actually need/want to recover the components from a faulty Dell PowerEdge T110 II, which has a Xeon E3-1240v2 CPU and 32GB of RAM (4x8GB).
Can you recommend a reliable motherboard?
