r1304sposhorr Power Supplies are always on

When I connect power cables , power supplies go on, with LED's bilnk green, , same goes when I shut down from OS or power button,

Power Supply fans are always on.

Any one can help ?

Cpu E3 1270v5

16 GB unbuffered ecc ram (2X8)

Updated to the latest Firmware

This behavior is expected for the power supplies fans and it is by design.
