How Can I reset username and password on Intel Modular Server's Management Module?

I have follow the instructions on :

But it can't display the command prompt (CMM EBF> prompt)

I use an USB-to-serial cable and a straight-serial cable.

Is there any other way to regain access to my account because the account already locked.

The problem solved.

I have change my serial cable with other straight-serial cable and it works.
