Can Intel devcloud oneAPI toolkits be used for AI and machine learning projects ( like images or music generators .) ??? Moreover, how do I select the hardware for my project, it says that a lot of powerful CPUs and GPUs are available so how can i choose which (cpu & gpu ) i wanna use ??? Cause I'm a beginner in the AI domain
