Can't log into OneAPI beta

I got the email approving us for the OneAPI beta:

Congratulations. You’ve been approved for the oneAPI confidential closed beta. Below are the links and information you’ll need to get started.

However, when we go to the page, we get a "permission denied error." This is my login.
