Cannot download oneapi base toolkit

When I try to download the base toolkit, I select Linux, Online & Offline, and Offline. Then nothing happens. My co-worker tried it and same thing. I've tried on multiple browsers and even from a different network. Bringing up developer tools shows that you have 3 URLs returning 404 (not found).
