Following this guidance for Mac:
When I type Intel oneAPI: Initialize, 2 options pop up:
- Initialize default environment variables
- Initialize custom environment variables
Click on either of them, a window is popped up:
Failed to activate the "Environment Configurator for Intel oneAPI Toolkits" extension. The extension is only supported on Linux and Windows.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Intel Communities.
>>when I Type Intel oneAPI: Initialize, 2 options pop up
Could you please elaborate on how you are getting these options and where you are running these options?
Could you please let us know what are the steps/link you are following and getting the errors?
And also, could you provide us with the screenshot of the error you are facing?
Thanks & Regards,
Varsha
