Installer issue: trying to install rmp package on Windows

When I'm installing the base toolkit on Windows, I see the next message:

Failed to install component intel-oneapi-daal-devel-for-installer-2021.1-36.beta03.noarch.rpm

Is it expected behavior?

We are able to reproduce this and issue is reported to the concerned team.

You can proceed by clicking on retry button that may complete the installation.
