Hi Deliang Ma,
I tried to install Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit 2022.2, but have not met this problem. The failure is not reproduceable on the Windows machine I am using.
This problem may be related to the version of Windows or version of Visio Studio that you are using. Could you please check for updates and have another try?
My configuration of installation:
Intel® oneAPI Base Toolkit installer: w_BaseKit_p_2022.2.0.252_offline
Windows Version: Windows 11 Pro, 21H2
Visio Studio Version: Microsoft Visual Studio Community 2022 (64-bit) – Current Version 17.1.0
Here is the log when installing Intel® Distribution for GDB*, version: 2021.6.0-188:
