Hello,
I wanted to know if the license associated with the package: intel-oneapi-mkl-2021.1-486.beta08.src.rpm allows me to use this software in a commercial product that I try to commercialize. The associated Eula seems to be, but I don't know if I have to get a commercial license or not.

Hi Abhishek,
I haven't any license, only I followed steps to install oneAPI Math Library from your website https://dynamicinstaller.intel.com/oneapi/toolkits/base-kit/linux/ and I am not sure if this type of installation allow me to use this library in context of commercial software. Is it compatible with some licence MIT , apache software or something like that?
Best regards

Hi Jose,
You cannot use/ship OneAPI MKL for commercial software development.
One of the main reasons is that OneAPI Math Kernel Library(Beta-08) is still in Beta release and is considered as Pre-Released Materials.
Hence, you cannot use OneAPI MKL for commercial use and generally licensed under the Intel End User License Agreement for Developer Tools (Version September 2019) under an Evaluation License for Pre-Release Materials.
For more details please follow below link:

Warm Regards,
Abhishek
