MPI version of cpuinfo missing 'Processor Feature Flags'?

[CFR]

Shouldn't there be feature flags for things like AVX512_VBMI2, AVX512_BITALG, GFNI, VAES, etc...?  Will this be updated for the next release of oneAPI?

I'm thinking the next version of oneAPI release will be 2022.3 but maybe it's more a question of if/when we might expect to see cpuinfo fixed.

To run the program and get the output: 'cpuinfo -f'
