Unsupported OS

Hi,

while installing (Reinstalling) oneAPI Beta07 (w_BaseKit_b_2021.1.7.1507.exe), getting error Unsupported OS. My  version of Windows OS is Windows 10 enterprise 1709 64 bit V5.2 16299.1992 .

please let me know if I have picked the right set up file or the particular version of Windows OS has any issue..

Hi Manoranjan,

 

The Windows 10 does support OneAPI toolkit. (For system requirements - https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-oneapi-base-toolkit-system-requi...)

We hope you have downloaded the OneAPI basekit installer from official source(https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/oneapi/base-toolkit.html)

Could you please provide us with some details:

1) The version of the installer you are using Online/Offline?

2) The screenshot of the error you were getting or the log report.

3) What do you mean by "Reinstalling"? - 

  a)have you uninstalled the toolkit and installing it again or

 b)Were you instaling the same toolkit again without uninstalling existing toolkit?

 

Also, the latest OneAPI toolkit version is Beta08, could you try and check if that installs without any errors? (Try the offline installer).

From the screenshot, you have posted this seems like a bug as Windows 10 is mentioned as a supported OS in Release notes.
