oneAPI apt repo install fails

I'm following the instructions for installing the oneAPI base toolkit and the apt-get update step is failing (after getting the key and updating apt to use Intel's repository). Is the Intel apt repo currently down?

Here's an example of the output that I'm seeing:

apt-get update

It seems to be working now. It must have just been down for a while this morning.
