Here are the details: When using Quest simulation software, I encounter an issue where the design fails to import normally. I have followed the software's standard import procedure (selecting the corresponding design file, confirming the import path, etc.), but the import never completes successfully, and no success notification is displayed. The troubleshooting steps I have tried include: verifying that the design file format meets the software's requirements (confirming it is a supported file type), restarting the software and retrying the import, checking that the file path contains no Chinese characters or special symbols, and ensuring the file is not occupied by other programs. However, the problem remains unresolved. Currently, I'm unsure if the issue stems from software settings, hidden problems with the file itself, or missing steps in the operation process. I would like to ask experts with relevant experience: have you encountered a similar situation? Are there any feasible troubleshooting directions or solutions? This issue often occurs due to file compatibility or corrupted Quest settings. Cleare cache and save the file in a simple directory one more time. If it persists, reinstall Quest or reset configuration files.

AADSTS90072: User account 'marioweg77@gmail.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Intel Corporation' and cannot access the application '2793995e-0a7d-40d7-bd35-6968ba142197'(My Apps) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account
