Intel DAAR support OS & CPU Generation

I have some question about Intel® DAAR 2019.
I confirmed following Web site.
 https://software.intel.com/en-us/articles/intel-daal-2019-system-requirements

1: Does Intel®DAAR 2019 support the Microsoft Windows* 7, 8.x Embedded?

2: Please tell me the generation of Intel® Core™ processor family which Intel®DAAR 2019 supports.
