Who do I talk to?

I'm trying to find Intel support about a purchase from my program/company. And I just sit in an endless cycle of navigating through intel's site. It's been quite a nightmare trying to find support for a purchase of oneAPI HPC.

So does anyone have an email or direct link to the support? Because the 'contact support' page doesn't list this tool, then when you click 'need more help' it sends me back to the previous page.

Hi,

Thanks for reaching out to us.

>>"Because the 'contact support' page doesn't list this tool, then when you click 'need more help' it sends me back to the previous page."

Could you please provide us the URL of the intel website that you are referring to?

>>"So does anyone have an email or direct link to the support?"

We recommend you to use the below two links for intel priority support:

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/support/priority-support.html

https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/support/faq-priority-support.html

Please let us know if this helps.

Thanks & Regards,

Santosh

Thank you, I'll try to find the links to that page for you. This morning the google search was fairly linear and lead me to the links you provided.

However, I submitted a ticket prior to this forum post, and they referred me to here instead. So I now have both sides telling me to contact the each other side...

When I submit a new ticket now though, the third step, "details", asks me for some information that I do not have, "customer priority" (I'm not sure what goes into this field) and version number(Not sure oneAPI has a version?)...I put faux values into these fields but once I submit, nothing happens. I'm not sure if it is because I already have a ticket out...or if these fields aren't being read correctly, or if the site is having issues.

Hi Steven, please contact your nearest re-seller/distributor for any query regarding the purchase of licenses. They would support you throughout the purchase process.

To contact your nearest re-seller/distributor, please click here: https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/tools/resellers.html, and scroll down to select your country from the drop down menu. You will be presented with their contact information.
