vtune cant collect data

I already used vtune on my own system without problems but to use some other features too I used pcsevars.sh intel64 this morning.

After getting the message:

mpsvars.sh: Warning: Hardware events collection is disabled by default. To enable it, run mpsvars.sh with --vtune (recommended) or --papi option.

I used mpsvars.sh --vtune but it seems that vtune is still not able to collect the data, so I get "No data to show. The collected data is not sufficient."

What would be the best way to re-enable data collection on my system?

Edit: I could solve the problem.
