Hi,
I am trying to use the tools provided by oneAPI, such as V-Tune Profiler, to analyze the performance of a downloadable kernel module running on a target system with VxWorks, written in Workbench or Eclipse (I can use both).
I have installed the base kit successfully, I can currently use the tools integrated with Visual Studio 2019.
I have gone through all the documentation under my installation directory, and checked out the online documents, but I could not find any clues. Is there any integration guide for VxWorks?
Thanks in advance.

Hi,
Thanks for posting in Intel Communities.
Intel® VTune™ Profiler is not supported in VxWorks.
You can find supported Operating systems, system requirements and other information regarding Intel VTune profiler in the below link
If you are interested to do performance analysis using Intel VTune™ Profiler, you can refer the given cookbook.
https://www.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/documentation/vtune-cookbook/top.html
This Cookbook introduces methodologies and use-case recipes to analyze the performance of your code with VTune Profiler, a tool that helps you identify ineffective algorithm and hardware usage and provides tuning advice.
Thanks

Hi,
Thanks for your reply.
Actually, I do not have to use VTune Profiler. I am just trying to do an analysis on a downloadable kernel module running on VxWorks, using oneAPI tools. It can be Intel System Debugger, Intel Inspector, etc. I am pretty sure that VxWorks is supported by system debugger, but still, I could not find any information about integration in the documentations.
Are there any documentations regarding using oneAPI tools on VxWorks? Thanks.
