Inefficient realization of algorithms Blas Level 2 and Level 3 in Intel MKL

Already more than three years management Intel MKL knows, that algorithms Blas Level 2 and Level 3 are realized inefficiently (see: http://www.thesa-store.com/products/). I have looked just left Intel MKL 10.0 - results are not improved.
