Digitally Signed Commercially Aligned DLLs?

Are there commercially aligned DLLs which have been digitally signed for Vista Certification?

If not, is there any problems signing them ourselves?

Our development team is aware of the problem and is working to provide digital signatures for all Windows binaries (so you won't have to ;-).
