Greetings,
Since TBB is supported on Solaris as a lib, can compiler of Oracle Solaris Studio support it well? Is there anything special I should do to make it get better support on Solaris?
Thanks.
Nai Yan.

Intel Threading Building Blocks has had a port for SunOS/Solaris since the version 2.0 days, so Solaris support is nothing new for Intel TBB. It has always been supported as a library so there should be nothing to get in the way of building the library using OSS 12.3; we suggest that if you have all the components in place, just give it a try. It should not be difficult but if you run into problems trying to build the library, report those back to this forum and we will do all we can to resolve those issues.

If this is on SPARC, please run the full test sute a few times and report back whether you saw any problems, plus some details about the environment.
