Installation of TBB

Hello!

 

I find it hard to install and use TBB, I can't find proper documentation. Everything seems out of date, and I'm not used to installing libraries. I'm on windows 10 and I'm using Visual Studio 2018. Do any of you know any good guides for installing TBB, or could you tell mer here?
