License requires Intel permission to use FOSS version tbb

TBB version 2.2.2 has a copyright that states Intel permission is needed for use.  Can you please confirm either we are permitted to use the tool or let me know if the copyright was unintentionally left in the Open Source version.

There is a license included in this open source version of TBB found in source code and documentation described in tbb-V2.2-2.20090809 -/

Hello Laura, Thank you for you report. This is a technical error. As we stated before our open source releases contain as the same binaries and sources as commercial releases except license info and this confusion was introduced by one of scripts. We have fixed the script and coming releases including just released development release will contain correct (Open Source) headers. Thanks, --Vladimir
