Support required to Implement web services using WSDL and SOAP on windriver Linux MI 3.1

We are using Intel Atom Process based AIMB 115 motherboard.

Using windriver linux MI 3.1.

Our application is developed in C and uses sqlite3 to store data.

Now we want to implement web services that uses WSDL and SOAP to exchange the data to client.

We are new to this technology of web services implementation.

We want to know, 1) whether this is possible on wrlinux ?

Also want help for possible options that we can use to implement the same ?

Also, sorry if the query is not related to the forum topic, if so please suggest forum where to raise the query?
