TBB 2.2 Update 2 CommAligned Release vc_mt dir missing

TBB 2.2 Update 2 commercial-aligned release

Changes (w.r.t. TBB 2.2 Update 1 commercial-aligned release):

- Building TBB with /MT is supported, to avoid dependency on particular
versions of Visual C++* runtime DLLs. TBB DLLs built with /MT
are located in vc_mt directory.

Downloaded http://www.threadingbuildingblocks.org/uploads/78/146/2.2%20update%202/tbb22_012oss_win.zip but there's no vc_mt dir though.

mt version was included to the commercial package. It can be built in the comm-alignedopen sourcepackage from sources.
